You can book a therapy session with an accredited cognitive-behavioural therapist and explore your options for treatment. Cognitive-behavioural therapy is an evidence-based therapy that is recommended by National Health Guidelines to treat depression and anxiety.

 

Our therapist will explore the problem you are coming with and assess whether CBT will be the right therapy. You will also be encouraged to ask questions to ensure the process is collaborative.
